How We Can Help You

Typically, owners of closely-held businesses invest a major portion of their personal net worth in their own professional holdings, and many business owners seek to fund the next phase of life with the proceeds from the sale of their business. Our business valuation services will provide you with an in-depth understanding of the current market value of your company and will facilitate your decision-making regarding the best timing of your intended ownership transition.

Broader exit planning before your business sale will allow you to make the business more appealing to a wider range of prospective acquirers and to maximize its future selling value. Your chances for a successful sale that achieves your goals can be significantly enhanced by advance planning.

Mission Statement

Our reputation and growth is founded on our strong commitment to delivering credible and defensible business valuation reports and forensic accounting analyses.

Our Services

Business Valuation

Decisions made based upon the value of a business have far-reaching effects, from buying or selling the company to obtaining a loan, to creating a succession plan to filing an insurance claim.

Forensic Accounting

It is important for a forensic accountant to appreciate that the fraudster is just as smart as the investigator.  Thus, a forensic accountant becomes part detective, uncovering evidence to prove the existence of a crime.

Litigation Support

Our litigation support specialists maintain a variety of advanced professional and analytical skills, and are experienced in analyzing and presenting complex financial issues in a clear and usable format in a variety of forums.
